Black Ops 7 Zombies Cointoss RNG on Totenreich bought a carry on U4GM half off lol
So yeah, the Cointoss is way better than people are giving it credit for, especially if you're pushing past the comfy rounds on Totenreich. I tested
it after warming up in a CoD BO7 Bot Lobby I'd been using for low-stress setup
practice, and the difference in drops felt real, not placebo. Not saying it turns the map into easy mode, but if your run dies because ammo RNG hates
you, this thing pulls weight.
What actually worked for meMost people I see are chasing the main quest relics first, which makes sense, but I think skipping Cointoss is kinda
throwing if you're going high rounds. In my runs, I got it after Pack-a-Punch was on, Fishery Island was open, and I'd spent a decent chunk of time
farming kills around Tyr's Head. I didn't get it before round 15 once. Round 20 felt more consistent, but I can't swear that's the hard trigger. Could
be kill tempo, could be curse cycle timing, could be both.
The Tyr's Head part is pickyDon't sprint in there, kill ten zombies, leave, and expect the chest to pop. I tried that. Nothing. What worked was
holding the zone for a few waves, keeping downs off the board, and not letting elites drag me across the map. Once I stayed in Tyr's Head during an
active cursed phase, the reward node showed up near the side path after the wave flipped. Again, maybe RNG, but it happened twice for me.
Why I think it slapsThe buff feels like it messes with the map's luck stat, even if the game refuses to show numbers like usual. I noticed more Fire
Sale and Insta-Kill drops, and one run had back-to-back Max Ammo drops during the ugly round 30-ish chaos. Community testing is saying maybe 10% to
15%, and honestly that lines up with what I felt. It also seemed like I got slightly better chest rewards from the trial stuff, though that part is
harder to prove. If you're spamming Wonder Weapon shots and praying for Full Power, you'll notice the difference fast.
Stuff that can mess it upBig warning: don't pick up every shiny relic like a loot goblin. I had Cointoss vanish after grabbing another utility reward,
and it didn't respawn where I found it. Might be a slot conflict with stuff like Jotunn Star or the helmet rewards, not 100% sure. Also, if Fishery
Island portal isn't stable yet, don't bother forcing the Tyr's Head farm. I saw someone say they burned four rounds trying and got nothing. Sounds
about right.
My quick routeI'd say get power sorted, open Pack-a-Punch, unlock Fishery Island, then farm Tyr's Head from round 15 onward and don't swap relics
unless you're sure. For testing weird triggers, I sometimes buy BO7 Bot Lobbies
when I just want quiet reps without randoms nuking the setup, but normal solo works fine too. Haven't tested four-player scaling yet, so someone
correct me if the kill count changes. Hope this helps, lmk if I missed anything.
