Top 10 Monthly Play
January set a record for the largest number of active players during a 1-month period.
276 players played one game or more during the month.
Cargobeep continued her streak of victories with her 6th straight Top 10 monthly win. That victory ties both of Fizzwiz1’s records: (a) Most victories
10 (b) Most consecutive victories 6. The month of February should prove interesting because if cargobeep can win again it will place her in a class of
her own.
Online Tournaments
Thanks to the help of others the number of online tournaments has greatly increased.
Ken McCoy hosts the regular online tournaments.
Merlin hosts the Top 10 Invitational tournaments.
Mactonight hosts the Hidden Bid tournaments.
Doug Johnson hosts the “mixed-and-match” tournaments. (Delayed Reveal, Maximus, etc.)
Upcoming Tournaments
1. The next Top 10 Invitational Tournament will be played Monday Feb.04/08
Registration 8:00PM to 8:45 PM Game starts at 9:00 PM
Host: Merlin
2. A MIXED BID Tournament played on Sunday Feb. 03/08.
Registration 12:00PM to 12:45 PM Game starts at 1:00 PM EST.
Mixed bid includes one of each of the standard variations of bidding for each round (Delayed Reveal Bid, Hidden Bid, Regular Bid).
