Tournament Notes and instructions (please read everything on this page carefully)
All tournaments must consist of at least 12 players.
The Tournament Director will announce the date and registration time at least 2 days in advance of the event.
Both the length of time before registration closes and the number of players to be in the tournament are at the discretion of the Director.
Games play will begin as soon as possible after the close of registration.
Registration for the tournament DOES NOT automatically put you in the Tournament.
e.g. If 27 players register the Director may decide to start with 5 tables of 5players.
In this case, the last 2 players to register (26 and 27) would NOT be in the tournament.
To be sure of entry, players should register as soon as possible after the Opening time.
