I bought the Android app when it was released almost two years ago.
It is currently still a paid application (€4.99).

Shows free on my PC wizard

right click on black background, then click 'reload screen'

The app still needs to be paid for, even if I refresh the screen or use a different browser or device.
I think the problem lies in the country from which you are trying to access.
