When dealing, if a wizard is turned up, does the dealer get to look at his hand before calling?

The rules only say "If the card turned up is a Wizard, the dealer chooses one of the 4 suits as the trump suit."

YES..dealer looks at cards. Must choose suit. Cannot choose No Trump
