what are wizards in no trump

Wizard are always Wizards. They never have a suit. They are always the top card and can only lose by being played after another Wizard has been tabled.
If a Wizard is turned up on the deck the dealer gets his/her choice of what suit to make trump but cannot make it "no trump".
